Working Principle


  The evaporative condenser is the main heat exchange equipment in the refrigeration system, and its principle of action is that the superheated high pressure refrigerant gas discharged from the compressor in the refrigeration system passes through the condensing row tube in the evaporative condenser, so that the high temperature gaseous refrigerant can exchange heat with the spray water and air outside the row tube. In other words, the gaseous refrigerant is gradually condensed into liquid refrigerant from the top to the bottom after entering the row tube. The super wind power of the supporting fan makes the spray water cover the surface of the coil completely and evenly, and the water is greatly improved by the wind power. The spray water with increased temperature is changed to gaseous state by part, and the latent heat of vaporization of water is used to take away a large amount of heat by wind potential. The water droplets in the hot air are intercepted by the high-efficiency water stripper, and the rest of the absorbed heat water, scattered to the heat exchange layer of PVC shower sheet, cooled by the flowing air, the temperature is lowered and enters the water tank, and then continues to circulate by the circulation pump. The water evaporated into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.


  The heat exchanger tube adopts various forms, commonly used are carbon steel hot dip zinc tube (also divided into round and elliptical tube), aluminum alloy tube, stainless steel tube (also divided into 314/316 round tube, wave tube ); among them, carbon steel hot dip zinc type evaporative condenser is the earliest product and occupies most of the domestic users mainly for high-pressure gas condensation, cooling, applicable pressure range in 0-30MPa; aluminum alloy type evaporative condenser is the earliest product and occupies most of the domestic users. The aluminum alloy type evaporative condenser is a new energy-saving new generation product suitable for ice machine refrigerant condensation, and the applicable pressure range is 0-5MPa; the stainless steel tube evaporative condenser is mainly used in some chemical plants for corrosive gas cooling and condensing process.


The shell of the refrigeration evaporative condenser is generally sprayed with galvanized plate, and then, because of the lack of corrosion resistance, it gradually adopts the spraying of aluminized zinc plate, and the latest one used in the market is aluminized magnesium zinc plate, which has the characteristics of stainless steel, does not rust, has a good appearance and is easy to process.


Operation principle


  The spray water is transported from the water collection tank by the pump to the spray pipe at the top of the evaporative condenser and sprayed by the nozzle to form a very thin water film on the outer surface of the condensation discharge tube, some of the water in the film evaporates into water vapor after absorbing heat, and the rest falls into the water collection tank for recycling by the pump.


Axial fan forced air from the top and the lower part of the sidewall is sucked through the coil, packing, saturated hot and humid air is discharged to the surrounding atmosphere, hot and humid air entrained in part of the water droplets through the water collector to intercept, effectively control the loss of water droplets drift, dissipated to the atmosphere of water vapor in the system by the float valve control to supplement the cooling water.
